Karen A. Brimmer, RN Dare to Soar Nursing Scholarship

The Karen A. Brimmer, RN Dare to Soar Scholarship was established in honor of Karen A. Brimmer, RN, a distinguished graduate of the Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) Nursing program. Karen is a highly respected nurse and healthcare leader whose career spans more than 50 years of exceptional service and dedication.
Throughout her career, Karen has been celebrated for her unwavering commitment to the human side of healthcare. She consistently delivered high-quality medical care with compassion, integrity, and genuine comfort. Her thoughtful approach not only elevated care standards but also touched the lives of countless patients and colleagues.
As a healthcare administrator, Karen exemplified wisdom, encouragement, and a deep commitment to building meaningful relationships. Her leadership and mentorship inspired those around her and helped shape the careers of many future healthcare professionals.
